Flights straight from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi are provided everyday by the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) while the AirAsia Airlines provides flights five times a week. Ferry Services

Ferry Express provides services to Langkawi Island everyday from the two jetties in Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis. The journey to Langkawi Island from Kuala Kedah takes around 1 hour 15 minutes and to Kuala Perlis, the journey takes up 45 minutes while the journey from Penang takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.
